How is Contrack different from DocuSign?

Can Contrack track contracts I already have in email?

Yes. You can forward existing email threads or upload signed PDFs, and Contrack will classify the document type, extract the key dates (start, renewal, expiration), and add it to your tracked workspace alongside newly-sent contracts.

1. GOODS OR SERVICES
Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to purchase, the following (the "Products"):

Seller warrants that the Products (a) conform to the specifications agreed in writing, (b) are free from material defects for {{warranty_period}} after delivery, and (c) are delivered with good title free of liens. EXCEPT AS STATED, SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Seller's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the total purchase price. Neither Party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply-chain disruptions.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of {{governing_law_state}}. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of {{venue}}.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the Parties. Any amendment must be in writing.
