By creating an account, linking your mailbox, or otherwise using the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Contrack provides software services designed to track, organize, and manage contract execution, threads, and metadata. Key features include the synchronization of specific mailbox threads through email integration techniques (Google OAuth, custom IMAP/SMTP connections).

3. User Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. You are also solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

4. Integration with Third-Party Mailboxes

When you link a mailbox to your Contrack workspace via Google OAuth or IMAP/SMTP:

• You grant Contrack permission to access and synchronize contract-related threads.
• You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights and credentials to grant this access and that doing so does not violate any third-party policies or agreements.
• You acknowledge that Contrack is not responsible for any modifications, deletions, or data losses that result from external email server behavior.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Upload, transmit, or share malicious code, viruses, or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our databases, infrastructure, or other user accounts.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Contrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of major changes by posting the new terms on our home page. Continuing to use the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
