Yes. Contrack ships with a free library of curated legal templates — NDAs, MSAs and SOWs, freelance and services agreements, sales agreements, employment and IP assignment contracts, partnership agreements, and commercial leases. You can also generate a custom template from a plain-English description.

Can Contrack track contracts I already have in email?

Yes. You can forward existing email threads or upload signed PDFs, and Contrack will classify the document type, extract the key dates (start, renewal, expiration), and add it to your tracked workspace alongside newly-sent contracts.

FREELANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. THE WORK

2. FEES AND PAYMENT

3. REVISIONS AND SCOPE

4. OWNERSHIP
Upon full payment, Freelancer assigns to Client all right, title, and interest in the final deliverables produced specifically for this project. Freelancer retains rights to preliminary sketches, drafts, and any tools or methodologies used. Freelancer may include the work in a portfolio unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

5. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Freelancer is an independent contractor, not an employee. Freelancer handles their own taxes, insurance, and equipment.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Freelancer will keep Client's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the Work.

7. CANCELLATION
Either Party may cancel this Agreement with written notice. If Client cancels after work has begun, Client will pay for all work completed through the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable expenses.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Freelancer's total liability is limited to the total fee paid for this project. Neither Party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of {{governing_law_state}}.
